Patented riveting technology

The heat sink group is composed of several pieces of vertically arranged dispersed heat sheets with buckles, and an equidistant heat dissipation interval is formed between the dispersed heat sheets. Each dispersed heat sheet should be provided with a horizontal bonding thermal conductivity connection edge, and a through hole adapted to the convex column is arranged along the bonding thermal conductivity connection edge. The thermal conductivity connection surface of the heat sink group is bonded to the heat dissipation substrate, and the through holes are positioned at the outer end of the corresponding convex column to form a deformed rivet joint.
